Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive, a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. The oil is produced by pressing whole olives.
It is commonly used in cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and soaps and as a fuel for traditional oil lamps. Olive oil is used throughout the world, but especially in the Mediterranean countries and, in particular, in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece, which has the highest consumption per person.

Beauty Benefits of Olive Oil For Skin:

1. Olive oil acts as perfect moisturizer for dry skin.
2. Olive oil regular usage & massage make your skin remains soft and smooth while keeping it toned and firmed.
3. Take equal quantities of water and oil in a tight lid jar and shake it well to mix them together. Massage your skin with this and wash it off with lukewarm water.
4. Make a great face mask by blending together 1 tbsp. of honey, with 1 tbsp. olive oil and yolk of one egg for moisturizing your skin. Blend them together till they come together and apply on a clean face. Let this mask stay for 15-20 minutes after which wash it off with lukewarm water.
